1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Veliclin ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Veliclin is a healthcare management SaaS platform offering digital patient records, calendar scheduling, e-prescriptions, and billing tools for clinics and medical professionals. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and you agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. Data Privacy & Compliance
You retain all rights to the patient data and content you input into the Service. We implement industry standard security measures including HIPAA-compliant data encryption. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Veliclin offers premium subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. All payments are securely processed by our payment gateway partner, Paddle.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
